Lake View Estates POA is a large community that aims to foster a neighborly community among its residents.

The expectation is that all communication will be driven through a Member Portal which relies on the use of email; therefore, it is critical that we receive the VOTING buyer information so we may establish their account.

This Member Site is a fringe benefit for all Owners which allows online BillPay, online voting, and the ability to get to know and interact with other neighbors at the pace which is comfortable for each individually.
