PURPOSE: To Provide Title Companies and Realtors information needed for the closing of property within Lake View Estates.
RESULT: It is our hope that providing this dedicated page will help accelerate our ability to provide you with the critical information you require. Our desire is to establish a process for assisting the Title Companies and Realtors in our community so you may better serve your customers while also receiving the information we need to serve our Owners and Residents.
You now have the ability to access/provide information at the time that is most convenient to your busy schedule and allow us the ability to appropriately capture and queue the routing of information back to you.
RESOURCES:
1. GlenLakes Golf Community is comprised of five (5) unique POAs. To confirm Lake View Estates is the correct one for your property, please navigate to our MAP page.
2. To locate a copy of our most current Covenants and Regulations, please navigate to our Documents posted within this website.
3. Our FISCAL year begins May 1st and ends April 30th. The current ANNUAL DUES AMOUNT is: $200/year.
4. Please complete this form regarding your upcoming transaction in Lake View Estates so that we are able to properly document and provide community information to your customer.
5. To view current dues and prorated amount due, please click here to download our HOA Fee Calculator. Make sure to ENABLE EDITING. Insert the date of your closing in the indicated field; the calculator will provide the Buyer and Seller portion. NOTE: This calculator is only good for the current period (May 1 - April 30 of the current fiscal year). If your closing falls outside this period, please contact the POA Treasurer. NOTE: If resident is delinquent in their taxes, the calculator will not pick-up any assessed late fees. Please complete this form which will create a ticket for the Treasurer.
