Lake View Estates POA Board

Lake View Estates POA Board Mission Statement:  To responsibly manage, direct, and oversee the assets of Lake View Estates POA while mitigating risk and liability for the community.
 
This includes but is not limited to:
 
1.    Maintenance & Improvement of common areas, grounds, and amenities
a.     Beautification of common spaces
b.     Water management & drainage of our neighborhood through ditches, detention ponds, and Lake Muriel.
c.     Dam spillway, where water leaves the community
2.    Security of entrances, common areas, and residents
a.     Cameras for continuous/immediate incidents
b.     Video storage (3 months) in the cloud
c.     Remote monitoring by Board members via their phones and/or computers.
3.    Fiscal Oversite:
a.     Contract Management with vendors providing services to Lake View Estates POA.
b.     Responsible accounting of dues collected and disbursement of funds toward goods and services needed for maintenance and improvements.
c.     Financial Management best practices to evaluate, refine, and ensure funds are being spent correctly, economically, and efficiently.
