Board
The Lake View Estates POA Board is elected by its community and each member commits to selflessly serve for a three-year period. Their service is dedicated to improving and enhancing the Lake View Estates POA, rightly steward its resources and reputation, and be an inviting community in which to live, play, and interact.
Each member serves as a willing volunteer and invites others within the community to join them at their monthly meetings and/or to serve and participate on any of Lake View's Committees. We appreciate any input into how we can make the neighborhood better; solutions are always welcomed!
Board Meetings are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. These meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 9am in the Clubhouse. To contact the Board, please complete the contact form to the right.

| PRESIDENT |
Nick Lalios and his wife, Effie, live on Lakeview Drive. Nick has been a podiatrist since 1990 and Effie is a CPA and the CFO for the Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Center (GARCC) in Wheeling, IL.
Nick is currently on the Board for GARCC and enjoys helping worthwhile facilities and organizations operate as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Likewise, as President of the POA, Nick is dedicated to serving and improving the community; willing to accomplish any task assigned to him.

| VICE-PRESIDENT |
William Potter lives on Putter Lane with his wife, Mikyong. Will served 12 years in the U. S. Army and is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War, having served four tours overseas.
Will was an electronics supervisor for 26 years in Huntsville, AL and is a 100% disabled veteran. In retirement, he started in Real Estates part-time for five years which evolved into full-time position.
Will currently serves on two Home Owner Association Boards, serving these communities faithfully.

| TREASURER |
Albert Ban has resided in GlenLakes with his wife, Debra, and daughter, Ashley, since 2016.
Al has a BS and MBA in Business Administration and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Indiana University. He worked in Hospital Administration for over 30 years and has taught on both, the undergraduate and graduate, levels.
Al also worked in the Sales Tax and Business License Departments for Baldwin County. The experience Al brings to the Board is deep and much appreciated.

| ARC CHAIR |
John Anderson lives on Lakeview Drive with his wife, Joan and has served Lakeview Estates POA for multiple terms in his current position.
John retired from Delta Airlines World Headquarters after 31 years and returned to Delta as a Ground Operations Consultant for an additional 17 years. He holds a BS in Business & Economics.
Serving on the Board of Directors and on the Architectural Review Committee at his previous subdivision and currently serves on the Board at a condominium association. John is loyal and dedicated to the communities he serves.
